What is the cost of a municipal lien letter?

A municipal no-lien letter is included when you request a tax certification. The cost is $30 if you are requesting the results to be mailed to you. The cost is $35 if you wish the results to be emailed or both mailed and faxed to you. You may send your request via the following options: 

In your request, include the homeowner’s name, address, and parcel identification number. Also, include the reason for the request. If you are mailing the request in, include your check (made out to “Town of McCandless”). If you want the results mailed back to you, include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your request.
