Ordinance regulating the feeding of deer
At its meeting on March 8, 2021, the Town Council of the Town of McCandless enacted Ordinance No. 1513, an ordinance of the Town of McCandless, County of Allegheny, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, amending the Codified Ordinances of the Town of McCandless at Article 701, Animals, to regulate the feeding of deer within the Town, ordained and enacted into law the 8th day of March 2021, to become effective ten (10) days after proper advertisement hereof.
This ordinance does not affect what people plant in their yards, bird feeders, etc. — it solely prohibits the deliberate feeding of deer. A copy of this ordinance is available by clicking here.
