Our Thursday Treks will last approximately 20-40 minutes long, about 2-3 miles, depending on the group. Walk will begin in the parking lot adjacent to the UPMC Fitness Court (enter on Aufman Lane off of Grubbs Road next to ambulance authority building). Easy routes, accessible to all.

Following the walk, those who wish can stay for a tour of the free UPMC Fitness Court Area. Warm up with your walk and then workout on the free equipment!

You can utilize the Fitness Court free app for instructions on how to use the equipment. More details given at the event. Search the App Store for 'Fitness Court' for details!

We'll walk at a pace comfortable to everyone. No one left behind. Walk will start 5 minutes after the scheduled time. (10:00 a.m.)
