Starting May 15, Allegheny County moved into the "yellow" phase under Gov. Tom Wolf's Process to Reopen Pennsylvania.
Among other things, this means the "stay at home" order was lifted and many previously closed businesses were permitted to reopen. Restaurants are allowed to continue as long as they offer takeout or delivery only.
