Join us on Thursday, September 18 at 7:00 p.m. at the Heritage and Cultural Center to learn more.
We'll discuss the beginnings of McCandless as an almost exclusively farming community in the 1800s, to how the Harmony Short Line and suburban development post-WWII shaped McCandless in the early to mid 1900s. We'll also share the exciting events and programs scheduled to celebrate the Town's 175th anniversary in 2026 and how you can be a part of history!
