Starting January 1, 2025, McCandless residents can put one (1) bulk item at the curb for weekly pickup on your designated collection day at no charge. Bulk items are considered oversized items that do not fit in your cart, such as white goods, appliances and oversized or specialty items.
Pricing and charts for bulk collection on Pages 8-9 of your Customer Handbook are no longer applicable. Residents will not be charged for bulk collection service as long as you place only one (1) item at the curb each week.
Residents must schedule bulk items in advance so drivers are aware that they will be out for pickup. To schedule and pay for additional bulk items, visit Waste Management's online service hub for McCandless residents.
