Pavilion Rentals

Please note: the Town's pavilions and facilities are closed for the season until April 1, 2026. Pavilion rentals will be available for the 2026 season ONLINE for residents beginning March 2, 2026 at 8am. Pavilion rentals will be available for the 2026 season ONLINE for non-residents beginning March 16, 2026 at 8am.  

The Town of McCandless has 2 pavilions available for rent at Devlin and Wall Parks online through our Civic Rec site. Both pavilions are available to rent from April 1- October 31 each year and offer electricity and restrooms. 

Reservations:

• Pavilion rentals open on March 2, 2026.
• Park pavilions are available for rent by residents for $75 and non-residents for $100 from April 1, 2026 - October 31, 2026.
• Alcohol (beer and wine only) use permits are available as an add-on to pavilion rentals.  
• A Civic Rec account is required to rent facilities and verification of residency through that account must be approved prior to your purchase. 
• Refunds will only be made if cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to date of permit.
• No more than FOUR (4) permits total per year per group or resident. No more than TWO (2) weekend days non-consecutively per year per group or resident.
