Right-of-Way Occupancy Permit Application
Ordinance No. 1420 requires a permit to perform work on any portion of a driveway that is located within a public right-of-way along any road owned/maintained by the Town of McCandless. Once the permit has been obtained, contractors shall be required to contact the Town of McCandless Department of Public Works for inspections relating to the permitted driveway work.
